Welcome to Versue Fitness. These Terms & Conditions explain how our services work and what you can expect from us. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Our Services
Versue Fitness provides personal training, nutrition coaching, and health & lifestyle coaching.
We are not medical professionals and do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for medical conditions.
All advice is provided for guidance and educational purposes only and should not replace medical advice.
Results are not guaranteed and depend on individual effort, consistency, and circumstances.
You confirm that you are physically able to exercise and will seek medical clearance where appropriate.
You agree to inform your coach of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations.
2. Membership, Pricing & Minimum Commitment
Membership Structure
All clients are enrolled on a monthly membership.
The membership fee is £50 per month, charged every calendar month.
Personal training sessions are charged in addition to the membership fee at £67.50 per session.
Minimum Session Requirement
A minimum of 4 personal training sessions per month must be purchased while you are an active member.
Additional sessions may be purchased if desired.
Minimum Commitment
There is a minimum commitment of 3 months from your start date.
During this period, membership fees and minimum session charges remain payable in full.
3. Payments & Invoicing
All services are invoiced monthly in advance.
Paymensts are due on or before the 1st of each calendar month, unless otherwise agreed.
Failure to make payment may result in temporary suspension of services until payment is received.
Prices may be reviewed periodically. Any changes will be communicated with reasonable notice.
4. Booking, Cancellations & Rescheduling
You must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be lost and charged in full.
Your coach will aim to provide at least 48 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a session.
If you are unwell or contagious, your coach may ask you not to attend in person.
Where appropriate, an online coaching session may be offered as an alternative.
5. Attending Sessions
Sessions are 60 minutes and start at the agreed time.
Sessions will not be extended if you arrive late.
You must wear appropriate clothing and footwear suitable for exercise.
You must not attend sessions under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Your coach may refuse or stop a session if they believe it would be unsafe to continue.
In such cases, the session will still count as used.
6. Carry-Over of Sessions
You may carry forward up to 8 unused sessions into the following month.
Any sessions above this limit will expire.
Unused sessions are non-refundable.
7. Cancellations & Ending Your Membership
After completing the minimum 3-month commitment, you may cancel by providing one full calendar month’s written notice.
One final monthly invoice will be issued after notice is given.
You may continue using services until the end of that final month.
If you cancel before completing the minimum commitment, all remaining fees for that period remain payable.
8. Our Right to Make Changes or End Services
We may update these Terms & Conditions with one month’s notice.
We may end your membership immediately if there is:
Unsafe behaviour
Serious misconduct
Abuse towards staff
Repeated breaches of these terms
If we end services for reasons outside of the above, we will give reasonable notice and may offer a pro-rata refund for unused sessions.
9. Injury, Risk & Damage
Exercise carries inherent risks, and you participate at your own responsibility.
We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage unless caused by our negligence.
You are responsible for the cost of repair or replacement of equipment damaged due to misuse or carelessness.
10. Data Protection & Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and data protection laws.
Information is used only to manage your account and deliver services.

11. Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for service disruption caused by events beyond our control (for example illness, extreme weather, or government restrictions).
Where possible, alternative arrangements or credits may be offered.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law.
Any disputes will first be addressed through discussion or mediation before legal action.
13. Agreement
By booking or purchasing services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
This is an ongoing monthly membership that continues until cancelled in writing in line with Section 7
