No, you don’t. Some people do find it useful to compliment your PT sessions with other exercise sessions. Many of our clients love the fact that they don’t need to have a gym membership to access personal training.

Our service is completely bespoke and tailored to every individual. We offer a free, no-obligation consultation session – this can be over the phone or in person – and once we know more about you and your goals, we’ll build a package that suits you.

We’ll arrange your 1-2-1 sessions for a time that suits you. We can do early mornings or late nights – any time between 7am and 9pm – depending on what works best for your lifestyle.

Yes! Our coaches are qualified in pre and postnatal exercise and nutrition. We’re experienced in training women throughout pregnancy, into the fourth trimester and beyond. Staying active during this time can help your body cope with the strain of pregnancy and even ease labour.

We know it can be daunting, but we’ve worked with countless clients who’ve never set foot in a gym before. Everyone has to start somewhere. We’ll meet you where you’re at and your confidence will build in no time.

We will develop a personalised nutrition plan based on your goals, likes and dislikes, and timeframe. We’ll ensure your plan works in harmony with your training sessions to produce the results you’re after.

Usually, yes. Before you begin any training, we’ll complete a full physical assessment to make sure you’re ready to exercise. We may need to speak to your doctor or physical therapist prior to starting. Building strength is a great way to recover from injury, but it needs to be done in the right way.
